Deep aquifersWe narrowed the basin-wide view down to a single ranch. Every water well within 25 miles was screened by aquifer, depth, yield and total dissolved solids (TDS) to find brackish sources that are treatable and plentiful enough to develop.
The result is a planning-grade, actionable outreach plan: the landowners whose parcels have qualifying wells, ranked by distance and water quality, plus nearby SWD and midstream competition.

Entitlement riskNo perfect sites exist, so we started by removing what can't be built. Environmental barriers, regulatory dead zones and areas without utilities came out first. Then parcel assemblability, substation access and township entitlement risk were layered in to separate structural deal-breakers from problems that can be solved.
The client got a ranked target set covering less than 5% of the county's acreage, with realistic budgets for infrastructure investment, entitlement timelines and the number of parcels each site needs.
